Almighty God, you are the author of the greatest book in history, the Bible. You speak directly to me through the words written there by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and the obedience of the writers. Thank you for the Psalms of King David. He thanks you as the king. I thank you as your servant, Father. You meet me with rich blessings and prepare a golden crown for me. I asked for life, and you gave it. You bestow splendor and majesty through the grace and glory of your salvation. I am blessed forever with the joy of your presence. I trust you, Father, and by your steadfast love, I will not be moved. Thank you for completing my joy by filling me with the unchanging assurance of your salvation, sealed by the gift of the Holy Spirit. I praise you in the name and authority of Jesus, who taught us to abide in him, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

” For you make him most blessed forever; you make him glad with the joy of your presence.” (Psalm 21: 6 ESV)
