Abba, Father, you fulfilled your prophecy given to Ezekiel that you would pour out your Spirit on your people. Now, we believers are your temple where the Holy Spirit dwells. Father, I come before your mercy seat today to place ministry leaders there for your favor and blessing. Let the voice and working of your Holy Spirit, wielding your mighty working power within them, grow louder and stronger. Encourage the hearts of the leaders, Lord. Strengthen their resolve as they mold their ministry teams. Chase off any doubt or discouragement, and rout out any dissension among your servants. Give them one heart and one mind, focused on the task ahead, like Paul was. Straighten the path and make ways where there seem to be none as they run the race you set before them. Equip your leaders, Father. Hold them close to your heart. I ask these things in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
