Court convened, again, in the victim’s lawsuit against the senior pastor and the church. It will soon be a year since the case was filed on September 21, 2021. Continuance after continuance brings all interested parties to this juncture where the clerk inks yet another date of November 21, 2022, for the case management conference. Does justice have a time or a frustration limit? Does resolution come at a certain dollar threshold? I’m just asking.
