Today is a beautiful day, because God told his people not to be afraid several times as they faced their enemies.
“You shall not fear them, for it is the LORD your God who fights for you.” (Deuteronomy 3:22 ESV)
“Do not fear or panic or be in dread of them.” (Deuteronomy 20:3 ESV)
“Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.” (Deuteronomy 31:6 ESV)
“It is the LORD who goes before you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8 ESV)
