Father God, you know me inside and out. You know my thoughts and my footsteps, even the words on my tongue. I am wrapped in your robe that fills the temple. Such marvelous knowledge is too much for me, too high for me to scale. I cannot flee from your Spirit. He is forever with me and forever leads me. Darkness cannot overcome you. I am fearfully and wonderfully made in your image. You write my days in your book. I awake, and I am with you. Your song is on my mind. Your thoughts are precious to me. Search me, try me, Father, see there be no grievous way in me. Lead me in the way everlasting in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

“Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!” (Psalm 139:23-24 ESV)
