Almighty, loving Father, you are the God of internal peace. Increase your peace in my life. A tranquil heart gives life to my flesh. Remove any anger or turmoil. Let me be slow to anger, looking at all sides of an issue before speaking. Grant me understanding in the situations I face. Make me teachable to learn your precepts and apply them to my daily rhythms. I ask in the precious name and powerful authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
