Holy Spirit, open my mouth for the mute, the afflicted, the needy, and the unborn to whom all sorts of injustice happens. Give me strength to stand for the innocent who struggle at the hands of those who seize power over the weaker. Show me to reach out my hand to uplift and my soul to encourage. Give me courage to stand upon your foundation of righteousness and justice to do what is right in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
