Almighty, Everlasting Father, You are outside of time and space. Thank you for giving John the vision of your heavenly throne. The description captivates me, and I am anxious to see it one day. Until then, I can imagine the jasper and rainbow of precious stones and the thrones of the twenty-four elders, robed in white with golden crowns. To one day see the finest of glass, the crystal sea before your throne, am I worthy? You have made me so. I approach the throne through the veil of the blood of Christ. Though my sins are like scarlet, He makes them white as snow; and I come to reason together, to worship and praise. I come to sing “Holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!” I bow in the precious name and powerful authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
“day and night they never cease to say, ‘Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!’” (Revelation 4:8 ESV)
