El Elyon, you are God Most High. You are God Everlasting, omnipotent and omniscient. You are above all, and yet you call me into your kingdom and into your glory. You desire to have a heart-to-heart relationship with me as your beloved. I am beyond humbled by the thought. With all reverence for who you are, I seek to represent you well and to walk worthy of your calling. There is peace, hope, joy and reassurance in your presence. Thank you for calling me by my name to come out of the darkness and into your marvelous light. I lift my praise in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

“You are witnesses, and God also, how holy and righteous and blameless was our conduct toward you believers. For you know how, like a father with his children, we exhorted each one of you and encouraged you and charged you to walk in a manner worthy of God, who calls you into his own kingdom and glory.” (1 Thessalonians 2:10-12 ESV)
