Lord Jesus, you are the answer in good times and bad. Guide me by your Holy Spirit to focus on you through the darkest times. May I not look to the right nor to the left. May I turn toward you in my distress and not away from you, because you are my refuge and help. I pray in your name above all names, by your authority and according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
