Father, you see it. So many live in darkness, deeply deceiving, debilitating and destructive darkness. I know it grieves you. Your light shines in the darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it. Praise you, Father, for your light shines on those who live in deep darkness. Open their eyes to the light of hope. Dissipate false teaching and misplaced faith. Replace it with your truth. Multiply the nations. Increase their joy. For, unto us a child is born. Unto us your Son is given. Government will be on his shoulders, and his name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Pierce the darkness with rays of everlasting hope, Lord. Turn the nations toward Jesus, the bright and morning star. I pray in the name and authority of Jesus, the Christ, the Messiah, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
