Lord Jesus, I’m an easy-going soul. I used to think I had no enemies that I could name, but there is one who prowls and seeks to destroy me. Help me be watchful. Keep me attentive to stay in the circle of your will. You go before me. You fight for me against the enemy of my soul. I am powerless against him, but he flees at the sound of your name. You gain the victory. I praise your name, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
