So many years ago I called and You heard, Father. So many passing years we’ve met daily in your Word since you pulled me from the pit I created. You brought me out of the darkness and walked with me through troubled days. You set my feet on a solid foundation that allows me to operate from a position of strength. I find your victory when I bow to pray. I gather your strength at the sound of your whisper. I see my way clear on the path lit by your precepts. I called. You answered and honored me. The days of my life add up, good days in relationship with my Savior. I praise You with my thanks in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

“Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” (Psalm 91: 14-16 ESV)
