A hint of green adorns the branch tips in the woods, and the forsythia glitters its golden blossoms on the hillside. The newness of spring brings a hope for warmer days and pleasant evenings. The songbirds begin their return to my feeders. Their songs ring in my ears, and I lift a prayer in thanksgiving for newness. Thank You, Father, for the reminder of your promise of new life in Christ. Thank You for the redemption story. Thank You, Lord, for making it my redemption story. I bring my exaltation in your name and authority, Jesus, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.

“Sing to him a new song; play skillfully on the strings, with loud shouts.” (Psalm 33:3 ESV)
