Lord, thank You for intervening in Saul’s life in a way that reset him and renamed him to speak Your gospel boldly. The fact that You turned him from persecuting Christ followers to loving and instructing them in his era and all the generations after shows me that You can use the least and worst of us in mighty ways if we turn, repent, and follow You.
By Your grace Paul ministered and taught. By Your grace he grew the church despite persecution. By Your grace Paul wrote several books of Scripture to instruct us today.
Thank You for Paul’s ministry. Thank You for increasing his territory. Thank You that he still brings the gospel through Your Word. Be glorified as it reaches the hearts, minds and souls of those who read and study what Paul wrote, along with all the authors of Scripture. They bless our lives and begin our days for Your glory and honor.
I bring my gratitude in Your powerful and precious name, Jesus, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
“Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you on some points, as reminding you, because of the grace given to me by God, that I might be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, sanctified by the Holy Spirit. Therefore I have reason to glory in Christ Jesus in the things which pertain to God.” (Romans 15: 15-17 NKJV)
