Prayer for Today

Oh, Lord Jesus, there are no words deep enough or impactful enough to express our gratitude for Your goodness and mercy. As far as the east is from the west is how far You have removed your followers transgressions. We can stand, made new in Your presence, because we wear Your robe of righteousness. Thank You that Your Holy Spirit takes over when we surrender and guides us to a deeper relationship with You.

We move to a place of peace and blessing so that we can operate from a position of Your strength, not our own. You don’t promise that troubles won’t come, but You do promise to walk through them with us. Come what may, You will never abandon us nor forsake us. The awesome assurance that grants us is overwhelming. We come to Your throne to bring our eternal gratitude in Your precious and powerful name and authority, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.

“Do not remember the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; According to Your mercy remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O LORD.” (Psalm 25:7 NKJV)
