Father, Abba, thank You for Your unfailing love for us. Thank You for Jesus, the One in whom Your soul delights. Thank You for upholding truth and justice. We have faced difficulties that have rendered us bruised, even if we caused them by our own sin. You did not break us, though You could. You did not quench our feeble spirit. Instead, You forgave and You set a flame in our hearts to follow the purpose You instilled. You turned our lives from negative spiraling to upward growth and a desire for righteousness. Thank You, Jesus. You filled the void we sought in vain to fill. You called us by name to come out of the dark and into Your marvelous light. You alone are worthy. We bow in gratitude to bring our praises in Your precious name and powerful authority, according to the Father’s will, for He delights in You, Jesus. Amen.
“Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the Gentiles. He will not cry out, nor raise His voice, Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed He will not break, And smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth. He will not fail nor be discouraged, Till He has established justice in the earth; And the coastlands shall wait for His law.” (Isaiah 42: 1-4 NKJV)
