Father, the world in its madness roils around us. Your Word is the solid foundation upon which we maintain sanity. Your truth sustains and maintains our outlook on life and its experiences.
We look to Your promises, for they never fail. We count on Your lovingkindness to comfort and assure us. We are bound to Your righteousness forever. Your new covenant and Jesus’ reign are our eternal hope. Father, we love You. We bring our adoration in the name and authority of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, according to Your good and perfect will. Amen.
“Consider how I love Your precepts; Revive me, O LORD, according to Your lovingkindness. The entirety of Your word is truth, And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.” (Psalms 119: 159-160 NKJV)

Joy S Taylor is a follower of Christ, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her workdays were spent using the Master of Science in Accounting degree that God graciously allowed at the age of, well, greater than 40. She led a divorce recovery support group sponsored by her church for seven years, and spent more than a decade in leadership roles for Celebrate Recovery and Care Net, using what God had done in her life to point others to the healing only Jesus gives. Now retired, she concentrates on writing for Jesus from her beloved hickory grove in Indiana, yet devotes some of her time to volunteering.
