Father, I am touched by just how faithfully and fully you love us. The Bible uses the word “unspeakable,” and to me it doesn’t mean that something should not be spoken about, but that words can’t express the idea fully. That is how I feel about this great love you have for us. I messed up, Father, and you forgave me. I stained my existence, and you cleansed me. I lived life in a self-made prison of bad choices, and you set this prisoner free with your everlasting love. I was needy, and you satisfied. I was alone, and you comforted. I was lost, and you led me out of the wilderness and into your victorious right hand where you carry me now, from which no one can pluck me. I am in the grip of your great love, protected by your great name. Abba, Father. I praise you in the name of Jesus, and according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
” My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.” (John 10:29 ESV)
