Almighty God, you are the author of truth. You breathed the Scriptures to life through those who wrote them. Your Word is holy. Remind us today to study it. May we yearn for more of it. May your words dwell in our hearts to enrich our souls. May we grow closer together and closer to you through our study, through our gatherings, through our worship and through singing spiritual songs and hymns with thankfulness to you. May everything we do reflect Jesus. Father, please forgive us when we put ourselves above you and your ways. You come first. You come first. I pray in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
