God of mercy and grace, you walk with believers through every transition and trial of life. I bring your servants in ministry to you. May they but touch the hem of your robe that fills the temple for strength and resilience during times of uncertainty and transition in their ministries. Provide for struggling churches and their pastors during times of change. Lend your wisdom and aid to teams on the mission field as people move in and out and divergent personalities learn to live and function with one another. Bind your servants together for the good outcome of your purposes. Grow them closer together and closer to you. Let the gospel be their main priority. May they seek you and know you more in order to love those whom they serve better. Let your church step up in loving support. I ask these things in the name and authority of Jesus, who one day gathers his church as his bride, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

“Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.” (1 Peter 3:8 ESV)
