Oh, Father, our souls cling to the dust. Give us life according to your word! Empower us with the strength of your Spirit. Give us a new outlook of life on earth and a greater perspective of life in the new earth coming. Draw us nearer, Precious Jesus. Hold us close to the heart of God. Show us the love, the crazy, undeserved, eternal love of the Father. I ask in the name and authority of Jesus, who resolved to obey in the face of torment, according to your good and perfect will.
