Lord, you gave such awesome power to Peter. Not that he got the significance at the time, nor understood where it would take him, but nevertheless you presented him with the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Oh, to see that working in my life. To glimpse through a crack in the time-space continuum to see the new heaven and new earth you prepare heightens my hope and expectation. It’s all there in your Scriptures, sprinkled throughout the Word. Thy will be done, Lord, let your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. I ask in the name and authority of Jesus, the Christ, and according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
