Days come and days go. People come and people go. Family members come and go. Life comes and life goes. Jobs come and jobs go. It’s all a roller coaster ride through a revolving door. Constancy becomes a necessity. That is you, Lord. You are the one and only constant in life, life here and now, life tomorrow, life in forever. You, I will take into forever–forever. You walk with me constantly now. Oh, Father, let me dance in the glow of your sameness through time. You are I AM. You never change, for you are the same, always. Praise you. Thank you for stability. Thank you for concrete promises. I trust you, Father. You are my rock, my foundation. There is no shifting sand under my feet, only your strength, power, and holiness. I humbly thank you in Jesus matchless name, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

Don’t we all need consistency in our lives?

“For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed.” (Malachi 3:6 ESV)
