Lord, knowing you more fills my days. My greatest desire is to love and be loved, to know and be known. No one loves me or even has the capacity to love me more than you. No one knows me more intimately than you. You stand with me in the current of life. You protect me from the flames that would consume me. You abide in me, and I in you. You are my greatest joy. You provide all I need to keep putting one foot in front of the other to walk out my time on this earth. You set a course before me, and you are the guiding hand against my back that gently pushes me forward–sometimes not so gently, but to your credit and for your glory. I thank you in your precious name and powerful authority, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
