Oh, gracious God, our future is uncertain, yet you are not surprised as we walk out our days. Remind us of your faithfulness in our transitions. Give us respite as we need it. Encourage us as we need it. Lift us as we need it. You go with us. You never leave us. I praise you in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
