Behold, Father, please look at your servant. Do not turn your head away, but allow me to come close; close enough to know your love for me; close enough to sense the warmth of your arm across my shoulders as I rest in you. Restore the strength of the one you love, and rebuild my immunity to destructive influences around me. Allow me to hear you singing over me. Grant your unspeakable peace in my place of solitude. Energize my soul to reach out to the nations in your name. I ask these things of my Abba Father in the name and authority of Jesus. Amen.

“But now, O Lord, you are our Father; we are the clay, and you are our potter; we are all the work of your hand.” (Isaiah 64:8 ESV)
