Abba Father, there is a place for me at your knee. When I’m confused, when I seem to have lost my way, when the world spins and roils around me in clouds of dismay, there is a place for me at your knee. Your plans cannot be thwarted. Your will will be done. Your name never changes, for you are I AM THAT I AM. Show me the way you would have me go. Light my path. Keep me focused on it. Speak to my heart. Jesus, you are my Good Shepherd and I hear your voice through your Word. Father God, you hold me forever in your righteous right hand, and there is no better place to be. Thank you, in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
