Lord Jesus, may I sit at your feet to know your presence, to hear your interceding prayers. Pour your love over me. Flood my soul with your peace and assurance. Quiet my stirring that I may hear your breath of truth over me. Prepare my heart for the day’s events, knowing that you are sovereign no matter what comes. Clear my consciousness of doubt and fear. May I fall gently onto the safety net of your faithfulness in which I put my trust. I sit in reverence in your precious name, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
