Father God, I come to your mercy seat, because you give me relief in my stress. You set apart the godly to yourself, and you hear their prayers. I will think on you in my heart and be silent to hear you speak. I will trust in your precepts, for you give me more joy than any earthly thing. I lie down and sleep in peace, because you alone make me to dwell in safety. I call to you in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
“Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Selah Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the Lord.” (Psalm 4:4-5 ESV)
