Justice stumbles in the public square; but you, God, are perfectly just. Logic, morality and integrity become the jokes of scoffers; but you stand in the current coming against them to protect them. Life’s cycles bring age, illness and void from loss, but you hold my heart and are the lifter of my head. You are more than enough. You are my rock. There is no one like you who goes out for the salvation of your beloved. I bow in reverence in the name and authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.

“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold and my refuge, my savior; you save me from violence. I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, and I am saved from my enemies.” (2 Samuel 22: 2-4 ESV)
