I stand before you, Lord, a repentant and redeemed sinner, imperfect and unworthy, yet washed clean and saved by Jesus’ sacrifice in my place. He paid my ransom, and I became of the household of God. I bring my sacrifice of thanksgiving for accepting the trade of Jesus’ life for mine. My personal worth is set forever in the stone that rolled away from the tomb. I am forgiven and forever freed by your name and authority, according to the good and perfect will of the Father. Amen.
“Have mercy on me, O God, according to your steadfast love;
according to your abundant mercy blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin!” (Psalm 51: 1b-2 ESV)
