Father, thank You for the mercy You released through the cross and Jesus’ blood that paid the debt for my disobedience. That mercy was not a one-time event, but it is on-going, a present participle of granting now and continuing to grant. Your mercies are new with each dawn. Oh, the thought that the Creator of all sheds His mercy on me, because Christ paid it all, for all, even me. Thank You, Father, in the name and authority of Jesus. Be glorified, Father. Your will be done. Amen.
“For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience, so they too have now been disobedient in order that by the mercy shown to you they also may now receive mercy. For God has consigned all to disobedience, that he may have mercy on all.” (Romans 11: 30-32 ESV)
