Yahweh Sabbaoth, you are the God of Hosts in heaven and under heaven. There is nothing too hard for your power and wisdom. I come to your throne in humility, knowing you are a consuming fire against those who hate you, yet a loving Father to those who love you. I ask that you turn the hearts of those against you, like you turn the courses of the rivers. Holy Spirit, hover over those in power and draw their wayward hearts to Jesus. I pray for awakening in the ranks of the proud and powerful. Loosen the fists they shake at you in anger, and give them open hands of praise and worship. May we see your glory at work as you hear and answer. Be glorified in the outcome. I ask in the name and authority of Jesus, who spoke truth to political power, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
