Father God, you are the God of love, made manifest in Christ because of your great love for us. I come before your throne to pray for your hurting creation. We no longer grasp the depth of your love, and what it means for us to extend that love to others. I present my petition for your Holy Spirit to cover this globe with your spirit of love to overcome all that is not from you — oppression, hate, jealousy, malice, anxiety, fear, contempt, greed ….. Bring your healing love to the nations, Father. Spread the Jesus gospel anew. Bring many sons and daughters to glory. I ask in the precious name and powerful authority of Jesus, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
