Holy God, you are Jehovah Nissi, the banner over us. I ask you to open your heavenly court as I come, clothed in the righteousness of Christ, to petition for unity among believers. The enemy seeks to divide us, to separate us into sects, to impose his labels upon us and set us against one another. I rebuke his tactics. I ask that you bind him in the name and power of the blood of Jesus. I come with my plea that you wrap your banner tightly around our hearts and draw us closer together and closer to you in an everlasting bond of love and acceptance, for we live under the protective flow of Jesus’ precious blood. I give you all the glory praise and honor in the name of Jesus the Christ, according to your good and perfect will. Amen.
